Nested in the heart of the mountains, the hotel boasts an unparalleled natural setting, with peaceful trails and refreshing air. Our room was pristine, with a cozy bathroom and spectacular views. the staff's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were remarkable, and the breakfast offered an array of delicious, fresh options.

The lack of functioning TV and weak wifi in the room were a shortcoming that prevented us from fully enjoying our downtime indoors.

The view from the room was stunning, and we loved the complimentary breakfast and coffee. the location was perfect for exploring the city and was close to all the major attractions. We also appreciated the option of having a late check-out.

The staff was extremely pushy about leaving a review on social media, to the point where it felt uncomfortable. the room was also quite small and cramped, and we had some issues with the air conditioning not working properly.

During my Xmas stay, I loved the picturesque mountain views right from my window. the snow-covered trees added charm to the place. The hot tub and sauna sessions were a great way to relax after a day out in the chilly weather. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our experience all the more memorable.

I was disappointed to find that the WIFI was not very strong in my room. It was a real hassle to get work done, as I had to resort to sitting in the common area to access the internet.
